Founder & Managing Director – Johnny Li


A veteran of the travel and hospitality industry, Johnny holds B.Comm in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada (formerly Ryerson University) and has spent the last 26 years in key purchasing, product, business development, operations, sales and marketing, training positions with Westminster Travel and Concorde Air-Sea Services, Star Cruises and most recently sales representation company for Six Senses Resorts & Spas, Anantara Resorts, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts Group – Delivering Asia Ltd.. He has strong and vibrant ties to Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China and Taiwan markets having had many years dealing directly with the key players in the hospitality, tourism and travel trade throughout the region.

Johnny’s commitment and passion to ensure delivery of superior success for clients with a proven track record in delivering dramatic sales increases by working closely with clients & partners to using his knowledge, experience and connections. He is internationally recognized as an innovative and creative sales and marketing professional who delivers timely and superior results. Johnny is now appointed by the Hong Kong Association of Registered Tour Co-Ordinators (set up by HK Tourism Board, formerly HK Tourist Association) as the Executive Board member in the committee. He was also the former council member in the Retail & Tourism Committee designated by the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce. His aim is to develop and promote a business environment that enables the retail and tourism services sectors to flourish.

Director of Business Development – Dominic Ng


Dominic has extensive experiences in consulting and training in the areas of travel trade and airline industries. He is specialized in the Greater China markets and has many years of on-site experiences in the major cities of mainland China. His expertise and networks can bring to our clients extended market coverage and proven increased revenue growth. He has a Master degree in the area of management from United Kingdom.

Assistant Director of Business Development, China – Randel Feng


Randel brings to our company a wealth of academic achievements, including a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island, USA. Prior to joining our team, Randel had served as a senior sales management position at Shun Hing First Choice (Guangzhou) Hotel Management Company Limited and Fraser Suites Guangzhou for many years, where he primarily oversaw business development for the hotel residences. He also worked with AVIAREP China Representative Office, where he represented the well-known 5-star multi-entertainment and recreational complex & hotels such as Venetian & Parisian Macao, in the China market.

Randel is an energetic and passionate individual who exudes dynamic presence when interacting with clients of GATEWAY GROUP Ltd. His primary focus is on representing GATEWAY GROUP Ltd.’s current portfolio and introducing mid-range and premium options to the growing affluent mainland China markets. He is also dedicated to representing our clients and presenting hospitality and travel products to any potential and key travel trade, corporate, MICE, and related business partners.

Marketing & Sales Specialist – Queenie Kwok


Ms. Kwok graduated from the Economics (Investment Econ.) undergraduate programme at Jinan University in Guangzhou. During her previous studies, she specialized in marketing, feasibility studies, and business law, gaining valuable knowledge in these areas. Prior to joining our company, she had worked at both an E-commerce company and a public relations corporation in mainland China, allowing her to accumulate practical experience and insights. Ms. Kwok’s primary goal is to bring the fresh perspective to our company, collaborating with our clients and business partners to drive success. As part of her current role, she is responsible for developing marketing and sales activities in mainland China. This includes tasks such as establishing clients’ brand presence, both online and offline channels, fostering collaborations with our potential and key business partners and handling municipal marketing & sales affairs.
